Who we are

Gamdom Casino is run by Moon Revolution Limitada, a company registered in Costa Rica. Our gaming licence, number ALSI-152406043-FI4, comes from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. By opening an account you accept these terms together with the specific rules of any game or promotion you join.

Who can play

You need to be 18 or older, or older still where local law sets a higher gambling age. You play for yourself only, never for another person or a business. Our services are not available to people located in or living in the United Kingdom or in our other restricted countries, and using a VPN, a proxy or false details to get around this can lead us to restrict the account.

Your account

Each person may hold a single active account. The details you register with have to be true and kept current, so please update them whenever something changes. We may ask for proof of identity, age, address or source of funds at sign-up or later, for example when certain amounts are reached. If you do not answer such a request, or send incomplete information, we may pause the account until the checks are done.

Bonuses and promotions

Taking part in a promotion is always your choice. Each offer has its own rules, which can cover wagering, time limits, eligible games and minimum deposits, and those rules are shown with the offer. Unless an offer says otherwise, it can be claimed once per person, household, device and payment details. Where we see duplicate accounts or bonus abuse, we can remove bonuses, cancel related winnings and limit future offers.

Deposits and withdrawals

Payment methods have to be in your own name. Before asking for a withdrawal, each deposit needs to be played through at least once. Withdrawals go back to a method that matches your own details, and crypto withdrawals need a valid wallet address for the right coin and network, because blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. Any fee charged by a payment provider is shown before you confirm. Very large withdrawals may be paid in scheduled parts, and we tell you the schedule.

Suspension and closure

We can limit, suspend or close an account where the law requires it, to look into suspicious activity, to apply responsible gambling protections or to protect our players and platform. When we close an account for good, the remaining balance is paid back to you, except where illegal activity or a serious breach of these terms means funds have to be held back.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when our services or legal duties change. The current version always applies, and continuing to play after an update means you accept it.
